Excellent position. Large rooms. Super-friendly service with nice touches such as free bottled water, fresh cookies in the afternoon after a hard day skiing, and free chapsticks. Other than bedroom being cold due to window leak cannot be faulted.

We had a great time here with friends and our family. The place to be..location and rooms are huge. Walking to everything is so, so, so nice.

If you enjoy a summer stay in the heart of Vail Village, the Mountain Haus is the place to stay. We spent our first summer there with our 4 year old grandaughter and loved it. Close to everything and such lovely updated, cozy accomodations. Our balcony overlooked the pool and the Covered Bridge area. We are now planning our trip for summer of 09.

What a fabulous time! Our family enjoyed the perfect location of the Mountain Haus. The whole family could go back to the condo whenever they wanted. The independence of the location was key for our teenagers and it made for a fantastic trip. We will be coming back this summer to Vail's Mountain Haus. We can't wait!
